Jean-Luc and I set out a create a couple photos and bring the character from his play “L’Arbre Migrateur” to life. I tell ya, you put him in his costume and watch the persona change….It’s very exciting. I can’t wait for it to become a reality, and see him working it on a Portland stage. I have a feeling that this shoot will seriously alter what I do, and the way I do it, moving forward. Just a load of thoughts right now, so I’ll leave it at that…
We did this for Sadie’s acting site, which I can’t wait to see completed, and you can find at sadiemedley.com

Once again Polaris Dance Theater was simply amazing, as they debuted their new work iCHANGE at the Newmark Theatre. In addition to their own work, Polaris brought in New York City’s KDNY, for their first west coast appearance. It was two nights of incredible talent, energy and passion in dance. As always, Robert Guitron did brilliant job on choreography and music. I would love to get in his mind, and experience his vision….He is absolutely inspiring.
If you were not part of the Newmark Theatre crowd, I urge you to go to their site, and get on their mailing list…You need to experience these dancers! Not only are they putting together amazing shows, they are also committed to community involvement, and need your support! You can also become a fan on their facebook page

Okay, this was from a shoot a while back, but that’s beside the point….French actor Jean-Luc Boucherot is in Portland, working on his play “L’Arbre Migrateur”, which will be performed in French. Without understanding a single word, I find myself mesmerized by his performance. It’s absolutely brilliant. Hopefully we’ll soon have details worked out, and you all can experience for yourself!
So, this is Jean-Luc
